It’s final. The core team and the hrphilippines will meet on Wednesday, 7pm June 13, 2007 at the Function room 2nd floor of ChowKing restraurant Pioneer Center, cor pioneer st and united st. Pasig City. We have already a reservation. The consumables is 3,000.00 if we will use the two rooms just in case we will have 30-50 participants or 2,000.00 if have only 20 participants. Hopefully we can have a minimum of 30 participants for us to contribute at least 100.00 each to pay for the consumables. However, cash sharing should not be a reason for not attending the meeting. If you have your own vehicle or taxi, from makati take edsa and right turn to pioneer after robinson mall in front of Boni Avenue, from quezon city or ortigas, take edsa left turn to edsa then right turn to pioneer. From pasig, take shaw blvd and left turn to pioneer then united st.,
If you are taking the Public Utility Vehicle, from makati take a bus and stopped at boni junction and take a tricycle at robinson mall and proceed to chowking. From quezon city san juan or ortigas take a bus at edsa to the junction of Boni Avenue and take the overpass to the other side of edsa then take a tricycle to chowking king. From Pasig take a jeep to shaw blvd and stop at pioneer street, take a tricyle and proceed to chowking.
The actual agenda will be posted by Mr. Ricky Gumaru who is the chairman of this projece within today or tomorrow.
Just be ready to volunteer on the different committees, discuss venue, discuss no. of days fo the conference, minimum no. of participants, conference fee, topics to be discussed, resource speaker,
