Turn Over Of Ragnarok Employees

We just concluded profiling employees of a friends’ organization and we noted substantial turnover from those belonging to the “ragnarok” generation. This made us evaluate his company’s existing programs if these are helpful in meeting the needs of this group. And if the turnover issue will not be addressed, we asked him if his orientation program can ensure new employees will immediately fill the productivity vacuum left by the resigned employees? Can a training program with controlled environment, like laboratory incubators , ensure easy assimilation of the corporate values and learn the skills the earliest possible time?

And we have further noted that these people are lured to join call centers.
